CYNDI ZARBANO, MSN-ED, CCRN, CMSRN, LNC Cyndi Zarbano, MSN-Ed, CCRN, CMSRN, LNC, has been a nurse for 29 years working in the intensive care, emergency department and flight nursing settings. For much of her career she has also served as an open-heart nurse working with both valve replacements and coronary artery bypass graft patients.

She has been a legal nurse consultant since 2008, working with over 200 cases for both plaintiff, defense, and numerous boards of nursing cases. In addition to her legal work, Cyndi currently works as an intensive care nurse for Mayo in Minnesota.

Having spoken nationally and internationally, Cyndi has earned the reputation of keeping attendees engaged with the use of current clinical knowledge, evidence-based practice, fascinating nursing experiences, the injection of humor to keep learning fun, and utilizing learning tools to encourage knowledge retention. Cyndi is a veteran of the US Navy having served ten years and leaving service as a Lieutenant Commander. Speaker Disclosures:
