Who We’re Looking for:
We are looking for a business-minded email marketer to join our digital marketing strategy team. The person in this position should have outstanding copywriting skills, strong business acumen and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Write and develop compelling offers (both short and long-form copy) that awakens interest, powerfully positions our world-class trainings, and develops a strong emotional tie that produces immediate sales and leads
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance to make strategic data-driven decisions
  • Rapidly respond to the needs, demands, and tastes of our audience

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
  • Write and develop compelling offers (both short and long-form copy) that builds trust and drives readers to make an immediate purchase
  • Learn our unique copywriting recipe that has been proven to grow revenue
  • Leverage our years of direct response marketing and utilize past data trends and metrics to help predict offer and copy success
  • Use your own creative abilities and data skills to enhance and refine our proven marketing methodology
  • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions that allow you to rapidly respond to the needs, demands, and tastes of our audience
  • Confidently persuade and sell your ideas when collaborating with both internal and external parties including: subject matter experts, business partners, marketing teams, media vendors nationwide, and others
  • Stay current on industry content and digital marketing trends, tools and resources
  • Stay current on trending content opportunities for Behavioral Health, Healthcare and Rehab professionals

Requirements:
  • Proven success with direct response copywriting (please submit examples with your resume)
  • College Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism or related field and/or relevant experience
  • Ability to measure email performance using analytics tools and sales reports
  • Ability to articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively in a team environment

What you bring to the team: (requirements)
  • A degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated business growth success.
  • Professional social media experience (organic and/or paid) in the area of behavioral health. Including experience with Sprout Social, and various social media platforms and tools.
  • Be a creative, passionate, and ambitious professional, full of positivity and empathy, expressive and outgoing.
  • Ability to reflect diverse viewpoints in an unbiased and ethical manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage production schedules while meeting deadlines.
  • Motivated to test different social strategies and learn new technologies.

Overview the Product Administration Team:
The PESI Product Administration Team is responsible for building and maintaining the extensive catalog of products across PESI’s brands, as well as configuring live in-person and live virtual events. This position involves working on a detail-oriented and driven team, as well as cross-functionally across the organization to ensure superior products can go to market effectively.

Our Product Administration Team helps connect knowledge with need by ensuring the accessibility of PESI’s live events, digital products and physical products. The Product Administration Specialist will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where growth and professionalism will be achieved largely through sound judgment, sense of urgency, integrity, creativity, and a balance between strategic and tactical skills.   
 

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
  • Set up events and physical/digital products within PESI’s proprietary commerce and learning management platforms. This includes building out new products and events, updating product content, and continually exploring entrepreneurial ways to improve the user experience and maximize sales.
  • Build product sales pages and web pages (using basic HTML coding) that drive sales while providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Initiate quality assurance processes for sales pages and web pages.
  • Provide behind-the-scenes support during live online events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with multiple domestic and international departments to ensure accurate and timely setup of products and programs.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to the delivery and configuration of PESI’s events and products.
  • Provide detailed technical support and product knowledge to both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain and continuously improve work process flows in efforts to improve products and marketing timelines.
  • Recommend products for inclusion in various sales vehicles that reflect customer demands.
  • Practice effective time management of your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in other product management efforts as directed.


What You Bring to the Team: (skills and requirements)
  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in business, operations, or retail merchandising management, planning, marketing analytics, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Basic HTML and/or CSS experience (strongly preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in windows applications including Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with multiple computer systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with great attention to detail
  • 1-3 years’ experience in one or more areas of the continuing education seminar industry, product planning, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal
  • Organized self-starter who shows initiative and drive
  • Ability to interact with a diverse group of departments, positions and work styles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a challenging and fast paced environment
  • Desire to continually innovate and make an impact on company revenue
