Unlock the Secret to Fall Prevention!

Free resources from an injury prevention expert

You’re all too familiar with the cycle…

A patient falls… they’re afraid to fall again… that fear leads to inactivity… which leads to weakened muscles…

And now they’re at an even greater risk for a fall!

You know your patient is at risk for a fall — but preventing it? That’s a whole other matter.

Caring for a fall-risk patient can be time-consuming, stressful, and exhausting. Especially if they need constant monitoring or assistance...

But it doesn’t have to be this way — discover how to keep these vulnerable patients safe with these free resources recommended by Shelly Denes, PT, CFPS, C/NDT, CGCP.

Remember: these three questions can greatly help in assessing your patient’s risk of a fall.

  1. Do you feel unsteady when standing or walking?
  2. Are you worried about falling?
  3. Have you fallen in the past year? How many times, and were you injured?
