The Continuing Education Requirements for the Kentucky Board of Licensed Professional Counselors (201 KAR 36:030 Section 2) state continuing education programs from providers sponsored or approved by a state counseling licensure board shall be approved without further review by the board. Montana Counselors: The Montana Board of Behavioral Health no longer pre-approves any courses or sponsors.
