Brigani "Briggs" G. Amante, PT, MD, is a physical therapist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and a nephrologist at Gulf Coast nephrology. As an avid practitioner of evidence-based medicine, Briggs has remained passionate in the education of rehabilitation professionals, physicians, and other healthcare team members on how to efficiently incorporate the best evidence in their clinical practice.
