MEG DANFORTH, PHD, CBSM

Meg Danforth, PhD, CBSM, is a licensed psychologist and the founder of Triangle CBT-I, a virtual behavioral sleep medicine practice providing advanced clinical care to adults with sleep disorders and co-occurring conditions including depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and trauma. Prior to beginning her private practice, Dr. Danforth was the director of the Duke Behavioral Sleep Medicine Clinic, where she provided CBT-I training and supervision to clinicians from a variety of disciplines as well as clinical care to help clients sleep better without medication. Dr. Danforth is committed to teaching clinicians from a variety of backgrounds to deliver CBT-I in the settings in which they practice. Her work has been featured in the Associated Press and CBS News.
