ASHLEY N. GRINONNEAU-DENTON, MA, PCC-S, IMFT, CST

Ashley N. Grinonneau-Denton, MA, PCC-S, IMFT, CST, is a dually licensed Supervising Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC-S) and an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT). She is a nationally certified sex therapist through AASECT, and has presented numerous workshops in the field of sexuality. Ashley is a PhD candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy.

 

Ashley has experience in both community mental health and private practice settings working with children and adolescents during the coming out process. She identifies as an advocate and ally who is very passionate about working with families who may be struggling with their LGBTQ identifying child/teen. In addition to being an LGBTQ friendly therapist, Ashley works with individuals from all walks of life, races, spiritual/religious affiliations, and cultural identities.

 

In addition to her own private practice in Ohio, Ashley is one of the foremost sexuality experts in the greater Cleveland area. She serves as an academic consultant and adjunct instructor at Case Western Reserve University. She has extensive training in individual, relationship-based, and sex therapy approaches and treats a wide variety of clinical concerns including general anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, co-parenting in the face of divorce, grief and loss, abuse and trauma, self-esteem and body image concerns and more.
