MARY BETH GARDNER, JD

Mary Beth Gardner, JD, has been in private practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, medical assistance planning, and guardianship for over 25 years. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and her law degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. Ms. Gardner is a member of a number of organizations including the Wisconsin Bar Association; Elder Law Section of the Wisconsin Bar; the Public Education Committee of the Elder Law Section; and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She lectures frequently about estate planning, probate, advance directives, and medical assistance.
