MARVIN P. ROYAL II, PT, DPT, CMP, CSCS, NASM-CP

Marvin P. Royal II is now the senior lead therapist and clinical director at Olympic Physical Therapy in Egg Harbor Township and Linwood, New Jersey, where he specializes in orthopedic-sports medicine care and performs home care, often treating patients suffering the consequences of degenerative joint disease. He advocates for a "care coordination team" to treat in a multi-interdisciplinary design to achieve optimal outcomes.

Marvin previously contributed in the health/fitness arena as an All-American athlete, strength and conditioning coach, certified personal trainer and fitness and health consultant, until pursuing his physical therapy degrees. After receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston and a Master
's degree in Physical Therapy from the Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, Marvin's expertise was sought through consultation work on a variety of physical therapy-related topics.

Additionally, Marvin is a clinical instructor for physical therapy students, an adjunct professor and an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, National Sports and Condition Association, and National Academy of Sports Medicine. Marvin combines the latest in evidence-based medicine, cutting-edge training techniques and program design, and energized teaching style to make him a sought-after presenter on many topics in the healthcare arena.
